About the Author
Fiona Bowron lives in chaos with her husband and two children. She is working hard to instruct her family in the Ways of Humiliation and makes a point of humiliating herself at least once a day. She does not teach seminars, has not instructed any celebrities or politicians and does not live in Connecticut. (She lives in Middlesbrough, Cleveland.)

If like me you are sick to the back teeth with the Time Management and personal development style books then this is definitely the book for you. It is a humourous reality based book which strikes a chord in our everyday life with things that we do that will either embarrass us or others around us, sometimes without us even trying. It is a book which turns the guru books upside down and covers things that actually happen and not what we often aspire to do. It's an ideal book to give as a gift or just to get when you want a good laugh at ourselves.

I have to say I was a little sceptical about the title of this book before I bought it. I must say that I was extreamly pleased that I did. On reading the book I had a realy good laugh not just at the experiences of others but at my own. I will certainly be getting some of my friends this book as a gift as I know that all of them at some time have had first hand experience of being humiliated if not by myself. If your thinking of getting this book as a gift for somebody, JUST DO IT! You will not regret it.
