Splendid! A must for serious students, 26 May 2001
By A Customer
Although Carey's questions are sometimes a bit off the mark, Carrington's comments on F.M. Alexander's four books are beyond price. The converstion covers much more ground as well, reflections on teaching, the history of the Technique, the professional standing of Alexander teachers etc. are all discussed from the perspective of more than half a century's experience of learning and teaching.

Excellent Book, 17 Aug 2004
This is the best book I have read on the Alexander Technique. It explains what Alexander's technique is about better than any other book I have read. i.e. it explains about inhibition and direction in a way I found easy to understand. Now all I have to do is put it into practice.
