Album Description
This is the debut recording by saxophonist/flautist Pat Crumly's current working band. Crumly has been at the forefront of the UK jazz scene for more than 25 years playing with the Michael Garrick Sextet, John Dankworth Orchestra and Sextet and the Ronnie Scott Quintet. He is also a prolific composer and has received Jazz Bursaries from the Arts Council and GLAA, with which he was able to write, perform, and eventually record the music for Third World Sketches' (Spotlite records).

The programme Crumly has chosen for `Weaver Of Dreams' includes a selection of jazz standards which are given interesting interpretations plus four original compositions by Crumly himself and pianist Nick Weldon.
