One of my faves off the Angels with Dirty Faces album. Taking a step away from the uptempo electro pop numbers from the previous releases in 2002, this track takes a chilled out approach. With a simple beat, subtle organ chords, orchestral contribution, and laced with the vocals of the Babes, this track is by far one of the best tracks released by the Babes to date! It didn't reach the number 1 spot, but with continuous airplay on the radio still going strong just proves this is a great track!

When you hear Sugababes you expect something slightly more intelligent and sophisticated than, say, Atomic Kitten. They've become the face of 'intelligent pop', blending diverse urban and indie influences into what would otherwise be fairly forgettable plastic chart-fodder.

What you perhaps don't expect is exactly how much like Gabrielle new A-side 'Stronger' actually sounds. Not an instantly catchy ballad, but definitely one that grows on you, and it may also benefit from the 'I Will Survive' doing it on my own attitude. Released with double A-side and album title track 'Angels with Dirty Faces', itself a pretty smooth pop song with a catchy chorus, it makes a strong package.

It's as if they're taking over where All Saints' R&B-tinged pop left off, and showing surprising maturity after their first album flopped. No doubt they're aiming at showing the Kittens et al something, which they ought to do with what probably should be their third chart-topper (and not even a cover or obvious sample in sight!).

There's no denying it - the Sugababes have really improved this past year, and that is clearly evident in their new single "Stronger." "Stronger" is a really catchy ballad, whilst " Angels with Dirty Faces" is an up - beat, urban/R+B track, which is really funky.
