Product Description

26 DIRECTORS: 26 NEW WAYS TO DIE.... The most anticipated horror anthology sequel in the world today, The ABC s OF DEATH 2 is a showcase of worldwide gore cinema, featuring the cream of the world s genre boffin crop, strutting their glorious, stomach-churning stuff.

Comprised of twenty-six individual chapters, each segment is helmed by a different director assigned to a letter of the alphabet. The directors were then given free rein in choosing a word to create a story involving death. Provocative, shocking, funny and at times confronting, ABC s OF DEATH 2 is a veritable smorgasbord of depravity that you don t dare miss! "Awesome" - Badass Digest "One-of-a-kind" - Movieweb.com

The first film was excellent with funny, scary, creepy, and downright weird segments directed by a collection of brilliant if somewhat macabre directors, and this one is just as good with a whole new group of strange and horrible scenarios(the last one is particularly weird), from a new bunch of excellent lunatics.Buy it! watch it! I think I can guarantee that you won't forget this film in a hurry, especially if your pregnant!

The first film was a big let down to me, it did everything wrong but with this film it does everything right. A much more fun and creepy watch.

I have not seen the first one to make comparisons, but I did enjoy the originality of many of the skits. There are 26 different comedy-horror episodes each using a letter of the alphabet. I gave myself 3 guesses for each episode, and in one instance gave myself credit for a derivation of the word. I managed to get 9 out of 26. B,V, and X were easy to guess. P is cleverly impossible. Some episodes are better than others. Some were not great, but enjoyed because of the uniqueness of the tale, something which lacks in modern horror.

Guide: F-bombs and Nudity.

I took a chance on this not knowing anything, only to find it is actually quite good compared to modern horror, some are not great but others are dark, disturbing and just what i like. Ive just bought the first one as I enjoyed this quite alot.

This was exactly the same as the 1st film 26 short films about horror with different directors. And as the 1st some are hits and some are really bad misses. This was better than the 1st and B was my favourite.

As is the case with most film anthologys, its hit and miss. Personally I much prefer the first abcs of death, as I found I disliked more on this one. But that being said still worth a watch or two.

The original ABC's of death is better by miles, not 1 of the 26 segments on part 2 are better than the original, this sequel is still great fun, it just feels a little lacking, if these are top horror directors then its looking a bit bleak for the future of horror, there are several segments that are really good, mainly due to the bloody gore, I must say there are a few great effect shots that are pretty violent and well filmed, most segments are average, some are boring and stupid, this really was disappointing for me after such a great original in 2012, some sketches had good ideas but fell on their face, some where outright crap, collectively out of the 26 I would say 3 or 4 where great, this is still an interesting and original concept, lets hope part 3 has more to offer, if you like horror and want something different and unusual by all mean check this out, im sure other people may find it very entertaining, many hard-core fans wont.

The Blu-ray picture looks good,
There are NO special features on the UK Blu-ray release accept for trailers!
Region B pal, Run-Time is 1hr-50min, 2hrs with credits, 2014.
