Interesting concept of gay men discussing in their own room their life, likes, dislikes and what gets them excited, or turns them off etc. London and and SanFrancisco were interesting, informative and at times eye opening! Berlin on the other hand started off fine but the final sequence just went on far to long and left me almost wanting to hit the fast forward button to finish it. Berlin I think was filmed earlier than the other two and the quality of the film was not as good.

Am a big fan of Travis Matthews so I really enjoyed watching this documentary [ best watching each city on a separate occasion ]. Its explicit , the men are very honest. They are real rather than having a porn star good looks , it is warts and all for some . I did realise that although they were happy to show of their bodies , a little tidying of the bedrooms would have gone down well. What terrible rooms in particular the san fran boys lived in. Send for a cleaner.

Be clear this is a `documentary' (not porn) about gay guys and what they do in their room (mostly but not always the bedroom). Now there is a question as to whether we wish to see what others do in their bedroom (reminds me of the Tracy Emin exhibition of the `bed' a few years ago I found interesting, but others did not! If you not know this art work look it up on the internet). I at times found this documentary a little boring but did not find it disgusting.

If you are sensitive about guys talking about male sexuality, male nudity, male parts and one scene of real male on male sexual activity (though not as good as if you watching a porn film) then of course avoided this DVD, but it's not porn, it has been made quite sensitively really.

The documentary seemed to be mostly exploring (and more about) guys talking about their sexual encounters, their likes and if they just have sex or like some affection too. Quite a few of the guys featured in each of the 3 films seem to be quite hairy (having beards and a mustache), if you like hairy guys, though there are a couple of smooth faced guys, there is also various ages of guys (one much older guy in the UK section), though mostly in there 20's and 30's.

So not such a bad documentary if you think you be interested in its subject matter.
