Just a quick few words on this Blu-ray. The transfer looks very nice, much better than the DVD releases. This is not an upscale, it is true HD!. Some scenes look a little soft but I think that is down to a little DNR!. Some scenes are grainy which mates it look great!. I cannot comment on the DVD as I have not played it.

*Also worth mentioning is that this is the uncut version, contains the 2 second neck chop that was cut by the BBFC on previous VHS and DVD releases.*

Special Features only consist of a Stills Gallery. This is the first ever Blu-ray release of this film (worldwide).

A note to none UK people, this disc is locked to region B.

Format: VHS Tape
The plot: Brandon Mei (Lee) plays an overworked young man who is framed for a murder by his so-called friend Micheal (Wong). When Brandon gets out of jail he and his new friend Hoi (Wang) take on Michael and his crooks.
Notes: This film was originally made in Cantonese. The dubbing was well done most of the time but you do miss hearing Bolo's great voice when he makes his appearance. This was Brandon's first feature film and is well worth a look for his fans. Martial arts fans will be disappointed with this film.

bit the bullet on this as this is the only blu ray available world wide.only gave 4 stars as the extras are not great,i was hoping for some maybe rare stuff or something like the bruce lee releases,but just a picture gallery.transfer is a true HD not an upscale,and at last the full uncut release.this is more a john woo type film than a out and out martial arts one.
but Brandon's raw performance shows the talent and charisma which was taken too early.
one for Brandon lee fans and for action fans alike.
