Also starring Carry On legends Kenneth Williams, Joan Sims and Kenneth Connor, with early film roles for Oliver Reed and Francesca Annis, His and Hers is featured here in a new High Definition transfer made from original film elements in its as-exhibited theatrical aspect ratio. Author-explorer Reggie Blake takes an unorthodox approach to his craft, apparently finding inspiration in the adventures suggested by his agent Charles Lunton; it matters little that most of his experiences are wildly embellished or even entirely fictitious...

Reggie's latest trip, however, has proved a little too authentic. Having lost his way in the desert and subsequently adopted by a remote Bedouin tribe, he has experienced a deep transformation in outlook and personality and one that drives his loyal wife Fran to despair. When his pomposity and chauvinism reach alarming new heights, she decides immediate, and dramatic, action is called for!

Can't beat a Terry Thomas movie. Totally entertaining with some good laughs. Most importantly a very good print being Blu Ray, actually quite surprised at the quality of the print including the sound. Recommend for all Terry Thomas fans.

This may not be especially deep or the most hilarious film ever made, but this is an absolutely lovely blu ray image, and Terry-Thomas, Wilifred Hyde-White, Janette Scott, and Nicole Maurey ("Simone") look great. I found it entertaining and refreshing.

Old fashioned male chauvinism but charming. Could easily be a play – limited change of scenes. You need to be a Terry Thomas fan really to enjoy this.

I love Terry-Thomas and you don't see too many of his films about anymore. This one is light and fun and a product of its time. There is no point in watching this to get upset by the views expressed, if you watch carefully there is no-one who is downtrodden, each have their own strengths. Terry-Thomas was brilliant, a real jobbing actor, coming up in all sorts of films, playing both principle and supporting roles in equal measure. A very charismatic man and much to be missed.

Terry-Thomas has always been a favourite of mine, so I was guaranteed to enjoy this film. Wilfred Hyde-White adds sterling support, to the two leads. Some of the Carry On team crop up, as does a very young Olly Reed. The film got a very decent rating on IMDB, so it's well worth a punt.

Really dated ~ but still worth a look. Terry Thomas as the irascible husband in this domestic comedy, with some familiar character actors in support. They don't make 'em like this any more and fans of old films will like this
