Sammy's Great Escape is a very good squeal to the excellent A Turtle's Tale: Sammy's Adventure (2D + 3D) [DVD]. Like Turtle's Tale there is a good message within the story and of lots humour. I found the seagulls especially funny when they were attacking the humans. There are some simiarites in the story with Finding Nemo. Where the adult turtle's have been taken by humans and are trapped inside a large underwater aquarium, like Nemo was trapped inside a fish tank and also taken away by a human. Also in both stories other members of their families come to the rescue with friends that they have made along their journeys. Anyway it's a enjoyable sea world adventure film and my seven year daughter can't wait for the dvd to come out.

This is an excellent film for small kids in spite of a couple of intense scenes. I read somewhere that some critics complain that the story isn't too original but I don't think this is a problem at all.
Fantastic graphics, nice music and truly amazing 3D effects that adults will appreciate.
Get it and become the family's hero!

Delivery was on time, and well packed. This Film is great and as good as the first, but what stands out is the 3D as there is not many films out there where lots of things will shoot out of the screen at you, this does it all through the film, and also the depth is beautifull it's not just for kids and a must for all you 3D fans out there. Will not be disappointed and its reasonable to buy.

bought this as wee man got first one for his birthday and loved it so much wee had to watch it twice a day so got this for a change and we have to watch this 3 times a day would recommend this to anyone with a toddler or someone like me who loves kids films

wat a great story and adventure my 4 yr old niece watched then came back the next day and asked to watch it again and she never moved during the whole dvd which is amazing for a 4yr old I loved it as well and think everyone will love it as well

A very enjoyable 3D experience, with lots of depth and pop up effects. The plot is pretty satisfactory too. Both little kids and their parents will enjoy the film.
