I just watched this a few hours ago and whilst the dancing is amazing, the acting not so much.

Maria (kat graham aka bonnie from the vampire diaries) is in a juvenile detention centre for breaking and entering, she is released on condition that she enters a foster family and she goes to stay with Mrs Daniels aka Honeys mom from the 1st movie.

Mrs daniels puts her to work in Honey's studio and whilst there she see's a dance crew dancing and starts to join the crew.

Her old boyfriend Louis is the head of her old dance crew the 718 and she starts a new crew called the hd to compete against him in a tv show called dance battlezone as revenge for putting her in juvie .

Like i said the dancing is amazing, with the exception of kat who had her moments, the acting is awful, i have no idea why they picked mario lopez to front the tv show or why they had audrina partridge of the hills fame as one of the judges of the dance contest but they should fire their casting director.

Funnily enough one of the best dancers in it Casper Smart is now dating jennifer lopez, and yet he looks about 16 in this film.

I enjoyed it, not the best film in the world, but it obviously took a lot of hard work and dedication to the craft to put this together and i love dance movies so it got a thumbs up from me..

LOVED THIS FILM. A GOT 2 SEE FOR ANY STREET DANCE FAN. BEST FILM SINCE SAVE THE LAST DANCE IN MY OPINION. CAN'T WAIT FOR THE DVD. CHOREOGRAPHY, CLOTHING & MUSIC..... ALL EXCELLENT. MAKES YA WANNA DANCE :)

Honey 2 is an excellent film, great visuals and dance movies, not as good as Step Up3 and Street Dance but its close behind them.

I got this film because the first film was very good but this film was a waste of time warching. It all depends what you want from a film: dancing or a decent storyline. The first film had a good storyline but this film was mostly dancing.

Wicked film, cant really compare to the original Honey, but the film stands up on its own and has it own merit. I have picked up a few dance movies from this film which I have practised and showcase in Nightclubs. I get major props for the footwork. Yeah good film still, you should get it if you are into street dance, breaking, popping and locking. Okay story line but typical as with all dance movies.

Honey 2 is an enjoyable street dance / hip-hop movie with plenty of skilful moves and well choreographed routines. The storyline is quire predictable; (Honey is not in this movie) however these films focus on the dancers who in themselves are highly skilled and synchronised.

don't like this film the first wasn't amazing but it was better than this I couldn't engage with any of the actors watched it for lonette McKee who was in the first film but she was hardly in it wouldn't recommend if you like dance films get take the lead instead.
