I ordered your V mask a few years ago,i was so pleased with the detail and quality-
so i decided to buy the mask again at xmas.....it arrived on the 5 dec(i only now got time off work to review)
i am so disappointed,sorry Rubies
(i've taken photos the hoody one is the mask i bought years ago,the full face mask shot*red wall*is the new one that arrived,due to lighting the faint greenness is hard to see and you see.....the roughness cuts,i scratched my face putting it on due to bits not cut off inside mask,and the detail.....is gone see below and in pic)
the mask is very very slightly green,rough cut out edges eg:the eyes,nose and around the face,the blackish lines that is MENT to be around the eyes and on their corners(eyes) are missing...eg: not there,the elastic attactment is very thin...way thinner then the plastic on the face(it shouldn't be showing eg:the REAL mask has no slits and the elastic attaching is on the inside.....
returning the mask will bring 2 things..costing more to return and unlikely i'd be refunded or SENT THE REAL THING!
the site picture is what i had the first time round and was promised again.....why did you do this rubies?
after years of buying off amazon....this is my 2nd bad review.
please fix this and get in touch!
