Disney does it again!

Any fan of the Disney channel original movies will love this, but the beauty of it is that anyone will too.

It moves away slightly from the normal frame for a Disney channel own film and instead has a more adult theme of politics and anarchy melded in with elements of friendship, love, fitting in and being a teenager - something that everyone can relate to.

We see our main characters chance detention at a school where they never knew each other, be the catalyst for setting up a band. A band that goes on to change views, opinions and makes people stand up for what they believe in.

A political Tirade of views which highlights that a school should be a place of equality and highlights that everyone is entitled to 'BE HEARD' and encouraging them to 'BE STRONG, BE PROUD'. A mantra that proves vital to their new band 'Lemonade Mouth' s image and sound.

As usual with a Disney Channel Original movie, it is packed with music and sing along songs which are catchy and full of positives messages and quirky dance moves.

With an ending which is touching and fulfilled, the message is clear: Always stand up for what you believe in - BE HEARD, BE STRONG, BE PROUD.

Based on the book (of same name)by Mark Peter Hughes, this movie/quasi musical is not just about a group of teens forming a successful band; it lightly broaches more complex subjects (ie, struggles of blended/step families and bicultural families, grief/loss, parental and peer pressure, bullying, individuality)....although quite subtle in weaving these into the story, the movie and music no less touch upon genuine and relevant sentiments that viewers of all ages can identify with. The movie also has its lighthearted aspects that make it fun and entertaining as well. This is NOT "Hanna Montanna" by any means.....has substance, character, and heart....a great departure from the junk in the entertainment industy.

Thanks To The Title, I Wasnt Thinking Too Much About This DCOM, However, It Really Surprised me. Lemonade Mouth Is Probably One Of The Best Disney Channel Films To Date. I Highly Recommend It To Any-One Who Like Passionate Films About Music.

Bridget Mendler (Good Luck Charlie, The Clique), Adam Hicks (Zeke & Luther) & Many Other Great Actors Star. Five 'Invisible' Teenage Students Meet In Detention & Find Themselves Creating Extraordinary Music. To Show The Principal That Sport Isnt The Only Thing That matters they Agree To Form A Band, Known As lemonade Mouth. When Everything Begins To Fall Apart, They Discover That You Must Be Heard, Be Proud and Be Strong!

This Flick, Surprisingly Has Alot Of Family Drama In It To. The Music Is Lovely, My Fave Tracks Were 'Determinate' and 'We'll Always Be More Than A Band'.
Dont Miss The Disney Channel Flick Of The Year, Because Lemonade Mouth Truly Rocks! x

Of course you know exactly how this film will pan out, you could probably write the script yourself but where this film scores is some great performances and some of the best pop music Disney have put in one of their modern films. The storyline is very basic, a group of kids meet in detention and form a band to take on the cool kids band in the local talent contest. I thought it was so good I have just downloaded the soundtrack album. It is very obviously aimed at teenagers especially fans of Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez but that doesn't mean us oldies don't appreciate good pop music too. This film is perfectly suitable for young teens and can be enjoyed by all ages.

I watched this with my 10 year old daughter on Disney channel and I have to say I really enjoyed it. It does follow the usual Disney storyline style (see Camp Rock and High School Musical for instance) of some poor but talented kid gets together with friends to find love through music but its far less cheesy than the previous offerings and with better music. Well worth the few quid for the kids to watch it again as I couldn't find it on Disney channel to put on my Sky box!

When I heard about this movie, I thought "oh, no not another cheesy movie a la High School Musical". Don't get me wrong. They were all right, but this was absolutely amazing, and I'm not that much into music. The story was great. The characters were likable in spite of their flaws. The acting was brilliant. Bridgit Mendler really shows her talent here(It's fair to admit that I enjoy watching "Good luck, Charlie")

Amazing move, If you love Disney channel, high school musical and camp rock you will love this rock and roll drama filled musical movie. Also don't be put off because its a Disney movie i'm 16 and I loved it I would recommend this movie to anyone. There is also a extended scene 'living on a high wire' with an exclusive interview with lemonade mouth a must buy for lemonade mouth fans !

Literally one of the last good Disney movies made! Lemonade mouth is a movie that brakes all the cliche boundaries and is surprisingly relate able.. I've watched the movie dozens of times and the songs are still amazingly catchy! One of the best musicals ever!! High school Musical needs to move over, Lemonade mouth deserves to be in the spotlight!!!!
