Sequel to 'Halloween 5 - The Revenge of Michael Myers'. Since psychotic killer Michael Myers disappeared with his niece Jaime in a fire six years ago, the town of Haddonfield has been readjusting itself to come to terms with the horrors it has witnessed. Had potential but poorly executed. The poorest of the Halloween sequels in my opinion. Turning Michael Myers into a supernatural being killed the appeal for me.

Paul (Stephen - here) Rudd in one of his first feature films is the main draw here as a grown up Tommy Doyle (that kid Laurie Strode babysat in the original Halloween film). Aside from his irresistible appeal there's really nothing much new here. The killings are the main, other than Paul, reason to watch this fifth sequel. As you all know it was the great Donald Pleasance's final film and he's as good here as he ever was. But as with the earlier installments this one is more violent than scary. But at least the film is short. (I didn't buy this film from amazon.co.uk)
