Graphically it looks great (SP), had to turn V-sync on to reduce screen
tearing, everything maxed out (1Gb GTX460). Not that there's a lot of
options to max mind you.

People have commented in forums that the guns sound weak, I noticed in the
end credits that the were recorded on a rifle range. Maybe someone who's
fired some of the guns in the real world could comment on the authenticity?
I thought they sounded quiet compared to other shooters, except for the G3A3
which thumps very nicely.

The game itself is very short, according to Steam I have 5 hours in SP,
which includes about a half hour mucking around on tier 1 mode. In that time
I finished the campaign on hard. The maps suffer from invisible wall
syndrome and the tiny rock stops rough tough burly Mr Navy Seal walking
forward. Normally in the middle of a fire fight, which frequently = death as
you struggle to get free.

Lots of areas have parts where your team members crouch walk through, not so
for your character, you have to go prone to proceed, happens
within a minute of taking control of your character in the first mission.
Also there's lots of "buddy boosts" an AI team member will either jump up a
wall then you get lifted up, or they boost you first, then they jump up.
Just left me thinking "Why can't I just jump up like every bugger else? Who
thought this was a cool game mechanic, the idiot".

There are some interesting changes of pace, like defending an airfield
calling in Close Air Support of various types, but it's over just as you
start having fun.

I've been a big fan of the MoH series since the very first. They were always good to look at without any major flaws in game play. Then came along the latest, oh dear. The review is for the single player game only.
I'll get the good stuff out of the way first. I play on a pc with twin Nvidia 9600's, so not the most powerful of beasts, but still have no problems pushing everything visually to its limit. Pretty much the same as I do with CoD MW2. It looks pretty similar to MW2 but as other reviewers have mentioned, the engine works far better for the desert countryside than for buildings. The sound seems far more realistic than MW2 with much better placement in 5.1.
I found the missions far more enjoyable than MW2. They seemed to offer far more variety and sense of involvement in a military campaign. This was pretty well delivered in the most part. Calling in various air-strikes and the likes was very well done.
Now for the downs.......................

Short! My god, I completed it on "Normal" in about five hours, and I'm rubbish at this sort of thing. When the end credits came rolling up the screen I thought I'd pressed the wrong button somewhere. I actually went back to the start of that mission part to check. No, that really was the end. I wrote a review on MW2 a little while ago and complained about the linearity and forced use of "trigger" points. MoH has taken this to the extreme! There are huge landscapes in view, with maybe 1% of it navigable. I'm sure there were a few occasions when a blade of grass prevented my forward progress. You must move where the game designers want you to. A few examples, possibly not in order:

You drive your quad bike to a village where you attaché strobe lights to the top of three trucks.

After all the hype, the preordering, the final delivery.....
...oh dear.
The SP story never really gave me the feeling that it was going anywhere. Not all of us FPS people want to play online, we want a good storyline and gameplay. Remember half-life and how long that took to complete? I finished this in about 5-6 hours and felt cheated when the end credits came up.
Come on game developers, we are not all screaming and swearing 13 year olds wanting to assert our masculinity online, give us good long stories and the chance to mod the SP like the old days.
Overall, very disappointed.

You'll be enjoying smooth gameplay here no lagging. I didn't experience any problems/bugs during installation or gameplay.

The mission objectives are, for the most part, well thought out and fun to execute. Being able to choose from three difficulty levels makes this a fun game for beginners as well as advanced players.

I've read a few of the harsh negative reviews about the level gameplay being off. For example, someone commented on being stuck for 10 Minutes waiting for something to happen because they were in the wrong spot. Even if that were to happen, and the chances are really low. Only an idiot would stand around wasting (not 1,not 2,not even 3 Minutes, but 10 Minutes) waiting for something to happen when you have Dynamic HUD to direct you further, and a brain that's supposed to click in and tell you that you missed something. At that point,it wouldn't take a genious to figure it out or restart, which would take a maximum of a couple of minutes. Here's the kicker. I went back to the game just to replay that level to see if I'd get stuck too. I tried 20 times and the answer is no. I asked everyone that I know on- and offline about this and that's quite a few people. Not a single one had that problem either. There are definitely some minor flaws(as with all games), but most of these negative reviews are exaggerated. I grant you that this isn't COD video quality, and it's short, but it's still entertaining and fun.

The graphics are better now than in previous medal of honor games, but they could have been better.
I have an Intel i7 940 with 16 GB RAM
approx. 2.5 GB HD Video-RAM. So, I definitely expected more as far as graphics go.
They were paying attention to some of the details on the screen, but clearly not to all of them.
