Plot. A family murder for the power it gives them in an attempt to open a portal to hell.
This limited edition of just 1000 is one of the most gruesome underground slasher flicks you will ever see. Packed with blood it's a gorehounds must have. The acting is not that good but passable. The plot is rather immaterial and if you try to follow what's going on early on you might find it makes little sense. Not that this improves but then we see the action and I was impressed by that. It's by no means a great film but as a gorefest it deserves the 5spot.
Trivia. This film stands on its own. There were 2 short films prior to this but I ignored them due to their short running time. Eating Razors was only 26 minutes long. Eating Razors The White Lie another short. I mean who wants to pay big money for a dvd that's so short. Not me, unless it's by mistake. Anyway, these 3 films were supposed to get a release under the amazingly stupid title of The Brightside Trilogy. (I say stupid cos there's a book of some kind with a similar name). But nothing so far.
Extras include a com, making of 35mins, auditions, stills. USA Release but plays Region zero.

This limited edition DVD is worth hunting out . Some bad acting , but to be honest that did not spoil the film at all. I enjoy a good gritty low budget gore film and this is a good example. Add this to your collection now.
