i bought this one and jayne torvill but this one was a lot easier for me to keep up with and follow i would do this one every day and not get bored .
the instructer was so easy to understand and follow and explained things and maria and kristina explained what the exercise did for you like skaters bum and balance they were great to follow and didnt show of like some way thank every one please bring out another one soon
