    WHAT A GREAT LITTLE SYSTEM I REQUIRED A MICRO SYSTEM FOR OUR CONSERVATORY WHICH IS 22FT X 14FT THIS HAS BEEN A GREAT CHOICE VERY EASY TO SET UP PLUG AND PLAY FOR THE DAB RADIO EVEN THE CLOCK WAS EASY TO SET. THE SOUND QUALITY FOR A MICRO SYSTEM IS VERY GOOD I HAD EVEN PLAYED MY MP3 WITHIN A FEW MIN OF SET UP THE MP3 JUST PLUGED INTO THE FRONT, IT ALSO ALLOWS EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT TO BE PLUGED IN TO THE FRONT. THE TAPE DECK IS VERY WELL CAMAFLAGED AND THE CD PLAYER OPENS AT THE TOUCH OF A FINGER ON TOP OF THE UNIT THE REMOTE CONTROL DOES NOT COME WITH BATTERIES SO MAKE SHURE YOU HAVE SOME BEFOREHAND, ALL IN ALL I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY BUILD AND PERFORMANCE. IT CAME FROM AMAZON DOUBLE BOXED WITH EXTRA PACKING INSIDE VERY FAST DELIVERY A GOOD SMALL MANUAL THAT COVERS EVERYTHING YOU WOULD WISH TO KNOW. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT A MICRO SYSTEM YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED WITH THIS ONE.

    This is an excellent system, giving one the best of modernity with an easy to use CD player, MP3 player and DAB radio. The reception is particularly good on all channels. Add to this the joy of not having to throw away all those old casettes. The only drawback is that the cassette handling is done from buttons concealed at the bottom of the unit with signs on them which are difficult to read. Apart from this it is a very good deal.

    I would agree generally with the previous reviews of this product that it is good value for money with reasonable sound quality HOWEVER the instructions state that the MP3 play back facility only works with Sony Walkman products and it certainly doesn't work with my daughters iPod nano (thus the 3 stars). This is a serious omission from the product description - while other MP3 devices should be able to play back through the audio input the cheaper version of this product that lacks MP3 support would do this just as well and is considerably cheaper.
