Its slim ,light very user friendly , simple to set up and use and has the usual extras such as a radio with a decent sound and external speaker if you dont wish to use the ear phones supplied , also a built in camera which takes excellent pic,s , i bought the phone for business use where on site photo,s are essential and it performs this task very well giving me detailed photo,s , the case is mostly plastic brushed metal finish with a metal centre strip , the back of the phone i love , it contains the camera lens and perforated mic for recording which gives the phone a retro look ,some may appreciate , others may prefer a more modern look , for the money you get a decent japaneese/swedish basic mobile that probably offers you better value than some other models in this price range which i have owned, it includes the latest blue tooth technology and you can access the internet and it really is user friendly , i would have awarded five stars if not for the following , there are no external sockets other than the charger /earphone socket and the sound is low and you constantly have to adjust the volume during a phone call , even loudspeaker on doesn,t suffice you have to up the volume ,then its okay its just an annoying minor blip , battery life is excellent considering the battery is half the size of usual mobiles adding to the phones lightness , its grown on me , i like its style and ease of use and when i want a feature i know i can rely on it to deliver , its not a phone that stands out in a crowd but it does its job well , a sony mobile phone at this price has to be a bargain ....
