Synopsis

After crash landing their spaceship on Third Earth, the Thundercats set up home on this strange and inhospitable planet. But their arrival has awakened Mumm-Ra, a centuries old mummy and the embodiment of pure evil. With the help of his mutant minions, Mumm-Ra seeks to destroy the Thundercats and steal their most sacred possession, the mystical Sword of Omens. But the fearless felines are more than adequately equipped to take on their foes with a combination of special talents, a cache of cool gadgetry, and the ever-guiding wisdom of Jaga. This box set contains the second instalment of episodes from Series 2 of the popular 1980s cartoon.

Is it just me or is there no link to the ultimate challenge on any of the discs let alone disc 6 as said? If there is i can't find it and need help.

The storylines continue and mainly take plce on New Thundera which is a shame really as Tygra (my fave character) is left behind for practically the entire box set and only appears in one episode. It lacks some of the magic from the first series and the first half of the second series but it rounds up the finale nicely.

This final boxset of the Thundercats see them return to New Thundrea but Mummra has followed them and continues to cause problems.

This series isn't great but for true fan it will help answer questions and entertain.

These episodes mostly centre around the the Thundercats adventures on New Thundera I do think this is a must for fans to compelte the collection but be warned you may bew disappointed with the quality of these adventures.

Great to finish your collection but in other ways a little bit of a let down
