I wonder why is Clay Aiken CD in UK so expensive GBP 15 where US amazon sells at USD10!

5.0 out of 5 stars Finally - the album we knew Clay Aiken could make!, 29 Jul 2008
It's great to finally hear Clay Aiken with material to match his talent. There were glimpses of it on Measure Of A Man, but in my opinion A Thousand Different Ways was a step backwards with too many covers and overproduction. This album is a completely different story though, full of great original songs that allow Clay's amazing vocals to shine through. Some reviewers have commented that it only has 12 songs but unlike most albums I own there is not one I would skip past. I also like the mixture of styles with ballads and upbeat tracks with influences of rock, country and R'n'B. My favourites are Ashes, Where I Draw The Line and the beautiful Sacrificial Love. Its just a shame Clay is virtually unknown in the UK and we can only buy his music on import.

Yet again Clay Aiken has delivered another superb album. This one has all original songs on which makes for better listening, although I think he covers other songs very well and puts his own stamp on them, there is still a tendancy for people to compare them with the original.
I have never been disappointed with any of Clays albums and think his Christmas CD is the best I have ever heard. No matter what anyone may say or think about him this man was born to be a singer, I think he could sing the phonebook and get away it!
