In a house of 6 people of all different ages, from 2 months to 87 years, E45 is used by us all. This lotion is great for use after a bath or shower to smooth legs, arms, faces, anything really! It tends to be used mainly by myself & my baby Son, it is so gentle on my sensitive skin & his supersoft baby skin that we are able to use it everyday. It has a non-greasy formula so it doesn't leave you with an oily residue on your skin or hands & the moisturiser has a lovely light feeling, not a clammy or sweaty heavy feeling that is sometimes present with others. E45 seems expensive but it lasts for so long that is definitely worth it!

Well i wouldn't have believed it, after all the money i have spent on expensive moisturisers/creams E45 is better than all of them! Money is a little tight this month after splitting with husband and i couldn't afford my usual moisturiser, I decided I would buy a cheaper alternative as this would be better than nothing at all and decided to order E45...It is an excellent moisturiser, only been using it for a few weeks and my skin is lush so soft and hydrated, a really healthy feel and look, it goes on lovely and soaks in well, l am over the moon with results and i am definitely going to stay with E45!! Brilliant...knocked 10 years off my skin 👍👌👍

I have been testing the new lighter E45 lotion for free. I was reading the label and it says that this lotion can be used on the face - which is great because the original cream was a bit heavy. I have a skin condition that means I cannot just use any moisturiser, but was pleasantly surprised at the E45 lotion. A little goes a long way, so you don't need to slather it on. My skin is also very sensitive so if the product did not agree with my skin or the ingredients were too harsh my face would become very red and a rash would appear. I wish it would be possible to have a slightly stronger more pleasant fragrance (without irritation) but at the end of the day it did moisturise my very dry skin, and I didn't have any redness or tightness throughout the day.

The lotion is slightly more runny compared with the cream and from that point of view does make it easier to spread. Despite the bottle saying there isn't a scent I would argue there is a slight vinegar smell, it takes around 5 minutes to fully absorb and once it does the smell disappears.

My partner and I both use this on a daily basis as it offers great moisturising abilities, not only keeping normal skin moist but dramatically helping soften dry skin. It also makes a great base to which I can apply a foundation cream to my face. Being a pump action bottle makes it easier and cleaner to use and this bottle seems to last us around 4 weeks and that's with both of us using it daily.

Verdict: if you need a moisturiser for your Face or body that can be used on a daily basis then look no further, it takes around 5 minutes to fully absorb but lasts throughout the day and can be used as a base underneath other products such as foundation or self tan. Aside from the very mild yet undesirable vinegar scent when you first apply it, this stuff gets the thumbs up!

This is by far the best 'no frills' moisturiser. No smells, or grease that tend to irritate some skin. Far from irritating skin, it soothes and softens problematic skin. It can be used by the whole family and a 500ml bottle lasts a long time! The only thing I would say is that it's pricey so if something cheaper works for you, then don't bother forking out the extra for this. If not, and you're still searching, this will DEFINITELY work.

E45 has been in my life since I was a little baby. I have quite severe eczema that leads to bleeding without the application of E45 cream. Since getting a job in a factory as a maintenance worker, I use my hands a lot to fix things and this has caused dryness on my hands, once again this E45 is the key to getting soft skin again. Don't expect this product to work straight away, give it a few days and you will notice that it works.

I recently ran out of E45 and had a trip into town to have a shock of my life that they now charge £9 for a bottle of 500ml E45! I refuse to pay that sort of prices and thought I'd have a quick check on amazon (every things on amazon) and to my surprise it was. £4 for next day delivery ! how amazing is that. 5/5 stars.

As far as I'm concerned, E45 is a miracle-worker. I don't use it as a daily moisturiser for my body as I like the scented stuff, but this is second-to-none when it comes to fixing any kind of skin issue. Whether it's dry/flaky skin, rashes (either from allergies, shaving or whatever), sunburn, E45 sorts it out in a snap. I'll apply some of this and the next day the difference is always insane, and after using it for a couple of days, whatever issue I have is gone.

My family and I always make sure we've got some stock of this, as it's so handy/effective.
