1.0 out of 5 stars Exspect nothing!, 21 Sep 2008
Fun:1.0 out of 5 stars
This was a great product, for the day that it worked.
I got it out the box, everything was great, the product look great, and it looked like it was of a high quality build.

Then, one day later, the whole docking station fails to charge, and my Wii Controllers can't even turn on with the charged battery packs.

Exspect's Customer Service is useless aswell, if you ever do manage to phone them, the moment you open your mouth to say anything, they just respond; "You have to go to the retailer, nothing I can do".

Avoid, this product is simply a pain!

Exspect Twin Remote Docking Station (Wii)

This product is great when it actually does the job. But like so many other docking stations, it just goes dead after a week or so. It's really quick for a full charge. but getting it to work is the trick. The wii remote lights will flash, but that's about it! The remote just goes dead. and on the off chance you DO get it to work, it won't last long. But, again, this doesn't happen straight away. It has its honeymoon period then it it breaks up....like having a wife!

5.0 out of 5 stars Charges while Wii is not on, 23 Jun 2009
The power cable is awesome, basically where you connect your power cable to the wii is where you put the charging stations power cable, but on the end of that there is a copy of the same port, so you can place the Wii's power cable in the back of it.

so basically while the Wii is not turned on you can charge your remotes, which is great.

not only this but it has a real nice blue LED around the controllers, which match the wii's blue LED's. if the light is blinking it means the controller is charging, if it blinks fast it means the charge is almost complete, and when the LED's stay solid, it means it's charged.

an awesome piece of kit which will save you alot of money!

Oh and as for the people who rated it 1*, i have had this product for over a year now and i have no problems at all.
