The soldered joints are badly done and look ugly; in addition there are parts of the bugle which have not taken the electro plating very well. The bugle is certainly loud, that's for sure. Not a quality item; but, then, having said that, I should have known that from the price.

Excellent old fashioned horn for pushbikes.Bought this for my wife for her pushbike for a laugh.She loves it! Much more fun than a boring old bell.Seems solid and well made.

This could rate one or five, depending on one's bike, hence me rating this at three.

I purchased the horn after my Barbie cycle bell fell off my bike, it then being run over by two cars before I could get to it again. My Barbie was out of action. As an aging transgendered I needed a replacement and a standard bell does not fit the clutter of my handlebar.

This is a horn type, squeeze a bulb to get a noise, the bulb well away from the lever clutter. It is not a straight horn, but bent around, bugle style. The one I purchased arrived quickly. It was the lowest cost one on the page of horns and will be seconds quality rather than standard quality. It looks as if a car has run over it, just it still can be made to give a horn noise. It fits my bike.

I did manage to find a neater horn, locally. A pink plastic horn. I have not gotten rid of my bugle bent horn and so far I use both, a bike with two horns. The pink plastic is prone to break easily, it takes a certain amount of work to keep it going.
