Product Description

A zafu is the meditation cushion customarily used in the Japanese Zen Buddhist tradition. Our zafus are made by us to our own design from strong 100% cotton drill filled with organic buckwheat hulls. . Our zafu design features a hidden pleat to allow removal of the filling in the event of the cushion requiring to be washed. The zafu has an integral carrying handle and is easily portable (approx. 2 kg weight). Zafus are traditionally paired with a zabuton or textile flat mat - see Meditation Mats. Image colour may appear slightly different depending on the browser you are using.

Yup, gives you the right balance between comfort and support, like bean bag but better. Works better than the other fluff filled type ones, can't get enough height on them, and they jus go "squidge" beneeth the buttocks. So good if you happen not to be an olympic gymnast or trained by the king of yoga since birth.
