Synopsis

Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) is a Federal agent who heads up the Counter Terrorist Unit. He is given the task of preventing an assassination attempt on Presidential candidate, Senator David Palmer. The 'assassin' is believed to be working on the inside of the Government and Jack may trust no-one. When Jack's family are abducted and the authorities suspect Jack of attempted murder, he turns to colleague Nina Myers who is his friend and confidant... Watch out for this one - Although showing a run-time of 999 minutes in the details, it only covers 170 mins, being the first four episodes only. No mention of this limitation in the blurb, and possibly why there is "No Image Available", as the cover clearly states "Episodes 1-4". Not good value, given that you can buy the whole 24 episodes for not much more than twice the price.
