Product Description

Box set containing three action movies. In 'American Ninja' (1985), American soldier Joe Armstrong (Michael Dudikoff) defends himself using the martial art of Ninjitsu when his convoy is ambushed. He discovers corruption in the Phillipine army base where he is stationed, and is forced to take on the evil Black Star Ninja in a battle to the death. In 'American Ninja 2' (1987), a pair of Ninja-trained American soldiers (Dudikoff and Steve James) orchestrate the safe recovery of a group of marines held captive by a Caribbean drugs baron, who means to train them as his own personal army. Thwarting their rescue efforts are the druglord's team of bionically engineered assassins. Finally, 'American Ninja 3' (1989) stars David Bradley as a young boy who takes up martial arts after seeing his father murdered. While training to be a Ninja, he is lured to a secret research facility after the kidnapping of his teacher.

When you watch these films, you remember how much fun films used to be back there in the 80s. It's just about action, and back then the filmmakers seemed to actually enjoy their job more. All films are in anamorphic widescreen 16:9, and I couldn't wish more from this box.

HI THERE I WAS WONDERING I STAY IN THE UK AND WAS WONDERING IF THESE DVDS WOULD PLAY ON MY DVD PLAYER BCOZ I REMEMBER THESE FILMS WHEN I WAS GROWING UP AND WAS WANTING TO TRY AND GET THEM BUT DIDN'T KNW WITH ME STAYING IN THE UK WITH THESE CODES AND AREAS AND ALL THAT U MIGHT NEED JUST TO WATCH A MOVIE ???

They are pretty old as you can tell by the fight sequences and styles, but they are still fantastic films, well worth a look for any marshal arts fan!
