About the Artist
Hailed as a Jack Johnson for 2007, Newton Faulkner was signed at the end of 2006 to the Ugly Truth label. His previous EP, released on his own label sold out of its 3000 run, as did his first EP for Ugly Truth back in December. Faulkner built a strong following on the surf scene by touring with Jack Johnson's cult buddy Donovan Frankenreiter, this was followed by a string of dates with Paolo Nutini and James Morrison.

Currently Faulkner has a very genuine and very active 10,000+ Myspace fans. Currently, (April), he is in the midst of a sold out headline tour (with some gigs upgraded to larger venues) Faulkner will support the release of his first single proper with both a headline tour and a further 6 dates with Paolo Nutini.
