I was so much looking forward to the new Bebel Gilberto album - I've been playing her second album over a 1000 times. This one is good, but personally i think it's the weakest album of the three. Of course, her voice is still magical and soothing and overall it's very relaxing to listen to, but it all sounds a bit bland to me. There are hardly any outstanding songs and the worst one is defenitively Tranquillo, which even in a cheap hotel bar on the beach , would bore the customers. There is a complete absence of piano on this alhum, which I loved so much on the second one, which is my personal favourite. I think Bebel could do so much better, and although I will play this album on those warm summer nights, I will swiftly move to her first two ones. It's a good alnum overall, but it misses the tendernes and softness I found on the previous one. If you never bought an album of her before, make sure you buy her second album. It's amazing !

Tanto Tempo was excellent. Bebel Gilberto was Superb.! A gorgeous cd. So I was realy looking forward to the latest cd, but what a huge dissapointment. No one song stands out as they are all bland. Cole Porter- Night and Day was totaly out of place on this cd. If you have to fill the disc with covers at least do a Jobim. Save your money and stick to the two earlier titles.

Excelente para todo amante de la samba y esos sabrosos ritmos de la costa de Rio de Janeiro, esta es la pura musica brasilera, cantada en el mas puro portugu�s y que a mi en lo personal, me relaja muchisimo y me transporta a un clima tropical, a una playa relajada y sobre todo esa tremenda nostalgia que produce este tipo de musica; por cierto, me recuerda mucho a Sergio Mendes y Brazil'66; Bebel Gilberto nos da un album verdaderamente introspectivo, donde plasma lo mejor de su sentimiento y sus ra�ces cariocas, para mi uno de sus mejores trabajos como cantante... y compositora!!! (si ven los creditos, ella colabora mucho en casi todas las melodias); un album muy exquisito y con ese sabor a sal, arena, playa, palmeras y calor humano que solo bebel nos pudo dar.
