From the opening screen where it says 'No original Killers music appears in this film', then you know it will be a disappointment. Lots of chat with LV folk who knew the band members would have been much more interesting if the band themselves talked about the same events, but this didn't happen. References to particular songs with no appropriate audio clips seemed pointless. Tantalising footage of the band (pre Ronnie and Mark) but with some other band's song playing over the top was very frustrating. Some interesting snippets from the original drummer, but no insight from him into the manner of his leaving the band. The best part was the voice of the narrator, who sounded like Johnnie Walker, but he was not listed on the credits.

There is a good DVD to be made about The Killers - this wasn't it.

This is not authorised by the Killers.There is no live music.It is mostly from The Toronto Opera House and the Channel 4 program last year.
A complete rip off

A total waste of time and money

I would not give it any stars personally

Being a true Victim (Killers fanclub member) - i must say im dissapointed in this dvd. The first 15 minutes seem like they dont even mention the band - just full of chat from L.V D.Js about the music scene. The whole way through you are expecting their music but none is played (background music sounds like feeble attempts of Killers tunes). Also its a shame that you cant hear the footage of the band when they played in the early days in L.V. The narrator sounds bored and monotone and you dont see many pictures/interviews. The whole DVD seems to be padded out with pointless chat but still I like to see anything with them in it. Still, as im a fan i had to buy this dvd - its worth it just to see the funny fast forward snippets of Brandon dancing (looks like something out of a Harold Lloyd film). Its not got great content but if you are a fan i would say just buy it for your collection.
