I have never tried Tai chi before and I also have a disability affecting my balance.I found this dvd to be exellent.It was well demonstrated and clearly presented. The warm up is done sitting which I found ideal for me and it also demonstrates the entire tai chi routine sitting should you wish.I found that even with my particular disability I could get involved straight away with relative ease and I really enjoyed the routine and could complete it.Great value for money.

I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO HAVE A GO AT TAI CHI,BUT LIVING IN A RURAL AREA(VERY RURAL!) I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO JOIN A CLASS.JUST OUT OF CURIOSITY,I LOOKED TO SEE IF THERE WAS SUCH A THING AS A DVD I COULD USE AT HOME,AND FOUND THIS ONE.IT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR,GIVING A RANGE OF WARM UP EXERCISES AND SEVERAL TAI CHI MOVEMENTS.FOLLOWING THE PROGRAMME GIVES A COMPLETE CLASS AND IS VERY USER-FRIENDLY.I AM NOW ALMOST ABLE TO DO A FULL ROUTINE WITHOUT THE DVD,BUT I HAVE IT RUNNING ANYWAY AS IT HELPS ME FOCUS.i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DVD FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO TAKE UP TAI CHI.
