Mira Calix, aka South African Chantal Passamonte's third full length album is the follow up to 2003's 'Skimskitta'. This album combines electronica with field recordings of natural sounds occuring in the forests of Suffolk. 'Eyes Set Against The Sun' also utilises violin and a children's choir which are set against electronic beats and sounds to create a superb coupling of nature and technology.
