Just Good Friends is one of my all time favourite TV shows. Paul Nicholas is superb and Jan Francis his perfect partner. Not sure who wrote the series but they are genius. So delighted they are now on DVD.

I bought the original DVD release of the first two series of this show, based on the warm memories I had about the series as shown here in Norway in the early 80s. This release lacked the third series, so when it was announced in 2006 that the whole shebang would be reissued, I gave away my original release. Now I wish I hadn't. The reissue was postponed a year, then six more months, a further six months - and finally another year. With the proposed release date coming up, the status has been changed again - "release pending" more or less sums it up.

I want to buy all three series of this show in DVD, but when will they ever be released?
