Synopsis
The premise of this groundbreaking television show is simple: Take thirteen of the greatest horror filmmakers and turn them loose on some fresh and original stories. This box set contains half of the first series of THE MASTERS OF HORROR, made up if seven episodes. Each episode is a completely independent story but all are as equally chilling.
Volume one of the first series features shows from directors such as John Carpenter (HALLOWEEN, THE THING), Don Coscarelli (PHANTASM, BEATMASTER), JOE DANTE (THE HOWLING, GREMLINS), Stuart Gordon (RE-ANIMATOR, FROM BEYOND) and John Landis (AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON, INNOCENT BLOOD).
