5.0 out of 5 stars So funny!, 4 Nov 2006
By R. Gidlow (Derby, England) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
The show is so much funnier than anything i have ever seen before, if you were put off by the film then watch this instead truly the league at their best. The first act is the tryouts for the show which include herr lipp and the one armed man. All of whom are auditioning for legz akimbos new production of the birth of jesus. Then we move onto the second act with all the best charaters such as papa 'daave' lazeru and so many others. Agreat treat for those that did or did not see the show.

5.0 out of 5 stars really good, 6 Nov 2006
By Ms. K. Harris "millie" (worcester, uk) - See all my reviews

if you were at the show then you will know that this is one of the best things the league have done. after watching the film i thought that the show would be more of the same but it is not. the league were back to their old tricks again marvelous. the panto theme worked really well and they also got the audience involved which was great. hopefully the league will carry on writing as it would be a shame to see them go there separate ways. if you saw the film and thought that it was crap give this dvd a go and you will see the real league in action!!
