4.0 out of 5 stars You've never heard anything quite like this, 6 Jan 2007
By J. Daley "daley1977" (London, UK) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
I bought this album on impulse after listening to it in a record shop in Portland. I've never done that before, which is perhaps the first piece of evidence proving just how good it is.
Although you'll recognise plenty of different influences in the music, the final product is like nothing you've ever heard.
The best track on the album has to be Silky, which makes use of the musical "rest" to maximum effect. The first three tracks could all also easily be singles.
If you're looking for something different, I'd definitely recommend this band.
