I only rented the postnatal disc as I am looking for a decent postnatal workout DVD. There are a couple of fat burn sequences plus a yoga section and stretching. There are also some bonus workouts. My main interest was the fat burn sections which were quite good - like any exercise class, it moved a bit quickly for me but I could go through it at my own leisure - the great thing about having a DVD! However, there are only 2 sequences of fat burn so I don't know if I would get bored using this all the time. The woman is American and thankfully, a normal body shape (not absurdly slim) although obviously very fit. My main complaint would be the audio quality of the DVD which is pretty poor but otherwise, the disc is ok but I think it's better to rent and try it before you decide to buy.

I didn't really like it too much and was so fat and tired that I never wanted to do it. Found it a bit annoying and felt A BIT SILLY.

I was bought this as a present and given one by a friend. I really recommend it. It has some really useful ante natal exercise which is gentle but effective
