    Despite the fact that NOWHERE on the amazon description, or even the product packaging does it say it, the DVD which comes with the band is region 1 (well, I'm assuming since it's presented by a (rather irritating) american woman), not too practical for most of us brits with our region 2 players. Luckily I've found out my old DVD player which is region 0, so it will play anything, otherwise it'd be going straight back.

    If you can overcome this issue, it's a pretty good product & provides a good workout.

    This is an excellent way to get into exercising everyday. The exercises stretch every muscle without any jigging up and down making it easy to keep up the motivation to do it every morning. The DVD is easy to follow with an instructor who is clear, calm and supportive without being annoying.

    I have several Firm Dvd's and they are all region 1, anyone can put a code in their dvd player and make it play any region dvd, you go onto the internet and search for the hacking code for your particular dvd player and it gives you the code to put into your player and hey presto you can play any dvd from any region and problem solved!

    Contrary to the assurance in the product description, this DVD will NOT play on UK DVD players. The band is good, but I will be asking for a refund.
