I bought this item for a Christmas present for my brother in law. This week, with the weather suitable for the first time, he tried it out. The first time he got onto it (VERY cautiously or it tips over) there were creaking noises as though the fabric was stretching a bit. The second time, it collapsed and he fell to the ground - all of the stitching holding one of the suspension rings at one end had broken or come undone.

I wouldn't even consider buying another one.
