I was in two minds about writing this but the "Super" in the product's title prompted me to do so. Put simply the alarm could be described as loud I s'pose, but it most certainly is not "Super" loud. Sending back the product seems to be easy enough, but that means spending another few quid on post on top of the twenty quid I already spent to get fifteen back so it's probably not going to happen. Not Impressed.

This clock is easy to programme and the numbers are clear, but the clock exterior looks of very poor quality, and I had to change the supplied batteries straightaway. The main problem is that the alarm is far too quiet - it isn't superloud at all, which was extremely disappointing.

I do not think this item should be called 'superloud'. Simply because it isn't. In no way was it as loud as I presumed it would be, given the name and the price for that matter! It sounds the same as a normal alarm clock. One that would not cost £16.
I suggest calling it something else. For example, 'super normal really expensive shoddy alarm clock'.
