Synopsis
Australian comedy set in the suburbs about the lives of image-conscious Kath and her selfish and lazy daughter Kim, their partners and Kim's friend Sharon. In series 2, Kim and her husband Brett are trying for baby, Kath and Kel begin their marriage and Sharon has relationship problems. You just have to watch k an k. And it gets funnier the more times you watch it, you notice different things when you watch it a second, third, fourth time. It really is clever. There is the obvious silly humour cos all the characters just look so funny (i still laugh at the netball uniform) but the more subtle language based jokes are genius. Go on, give it a go.You'll be "gropeable" if you dont.

move over the office and extras, this show is truly amazing hilarious, i love this show its so so so funny it shows you a side of australia us brits dont get to see and it shows they can take the mickey out of themselves... bring on series 3 on dvd may this show run and run

I love this show. It really is one of the funniest series on TV and I am so excited to see series 2 coming to DVD. If you imagine the Royle Family or the Office crossed with Neighbours then this is what you get.

In this series Kim finds out she's pregnant and behaves as badly as ever to everyone around her and we find out what her father is like. One of the funniest bits is her trying to think of a name for the baby and she suggests things like Tiramisu, Lourdes, Paris before calling her Epponnee Raelene Sharlene Kathleen Darleen Craig - all the Aussie accents are hilarious too.
