At first I was unsure. But then one early morning I was bumbling aroung and put this record on. Awesome! Headphone music for sure. Lots of interesting sounds and effects and Leafcutter John's voice is ace. Comforting in a slightly unsettling manner (if that makes sense), I was inspired to go wander around the coast of Ynys Llanddwyn. If ever an electronica record sounded like it was ambling around confused, in an ever so slightly unnerving wooded area or across a desserted coastline this is it! Bit similar to Greg Davis. Brilliant in a Melthair and the LoveRats kind of way.
