4.0 out of 5 stars Vibrant and Exciting Performance, 5 Jun 2006
This is an exciting live performance, recorded in London's Wigmore Hall. The sound is immediate, vibrant and urgent, with good recording quality.

The disc is a little short, and the other works, whilst pleasant are not as weighty a coupling as those discs offering the Trout Quintet or the Octet as a pairing.

However at this price it is a bargain nonetheless.
