Based on the highly-anticipated feature film from DreamWorks Animation, Over the Hedge is a wildly adventurous game that takes players on an interactive adventure beyond the story seen in the film. Assuming the roles of RJ the raccoon, Verne the turtle, Hammy the squirrel and Stella the skunk, players turn a suburban neighborhood loaded with dangerous obstacles and traps into their own personal playground. This is undoubtedly a great game extremely funny and enjoyable. There is just one down side and that is the length. I received this game in the morning at about 8:00 and had completed the main story by 4:00 leaving the best part of the day still to burn! I suppose there isn't really any way of making it longer without making it boring. So if like me you want a game to keep you entertained over say the christmas holidays this isn't the game to get i'm afraid.
