Product Description

When a bloodthirsty band of savages lays siege to an entire building and begins massacring tenants, no one is spared (not even the viewer) from this torturous trail of graphic murder and mutilation. First, a blind man and his seeing eye dog are slaughtered. Next, a beautiful black woman is brutally beaten, raped and slashed up -- then the grisly corpse is found by her 3 year old daughter. And that's just the beginning of the carnage... the Vietnam vet, the drunken building superintendent, the heroin addict. But, the gang hasn't counted on one thing - the inner strength of their victims. Previously they've been at odds, but now they band together against these animals. This is war and their revenge is relentless, violent and vicious. Before it's over, warm human blood will splatter every wall in the 'Tenement' and both sides will be ravaged. Will anyone survive this 24-hour massacre?

The dvd claims this film is to violent to be rated(an american claim where the film is unrated) and boy is it. The story surrounds a block of appartments and it's residents and a viciuos gang who come looking for revenge when one of the men who live in the flats gets the gang arrested. There are some truly shocking scenes in the film but one stands out a woman is held down and raped by a broom handle. The film comes alive when the residents fight back and one little old lady steels the movie as she tries to fight back. A very low budget is obvious but the actors are good the story somewhat believable a good end in a rain soaked roof if this is your kind of movie give it a go. Bare in mind the film was made by a woman Roberta Findlay
