Synopsis
A poignant comedy featuring two popular charactes from the award-winning series The Fast Show. Ralph Mayhew lives alone in a faded stately home, His only friend is Ted, the elderly Irish estate-worker. Their way of life is under threat. Ralph must marry before his 35th birthday or lose everything. Just when it all seems hopeless, along comes Wendy. But as Ralph's arredtion for Wendy grows, his dependence on Ted wanes. Is this the end of a beautiful friendship? Is Wendy all that she seems? Will Ralph go through with marriage? And will he save the hall?

All their sketches from The Fast Show, together with a few unseen ones and of course the TV special in which Ralph has to marry before he reaches 35 or else the whole estate goes to his mad female relative.

If you didn't like The Fast Show, you won't like this. If you did, potato you'd parsnip better carrot buy turnip it immediately. But buy the 'Fast Show Threesome' box set instead because that way you'll get Ted and Ralph, Grass and Swiss Toni (minus the adverts between the scenes in Series 2, which rather spoils it) for a load less cash.
