I love Richter's interpretation. It's worth buying this for the performance and the audio value, and it was good to see the limited amount of choir actually singing, but I got very frustrarted at the over-long shots that repeatedly showed us whatever tapesstry or picture it was we were having to endure. The last half hour or so does not show the choir or Richter at all.

After so many years of listening to the CD, being able to see and hear them all at the same time was simply amazing. It was like having a private performance in our home. Wonderful.
