There is a saying in country music that the devil has the best tunes. In the musicals of Andrew Lloyd Webber, it's the diva. Occasionally a male character or chorus has a hit song, but there is something about the Lloyd Webber compositional style that makes the female voice, particularly the soprano, the natural outlet for his soaring tunes. This collection provides sixteen excellent examples of this thesis.

When i recived my c.d. I put it on and i was singing at the top of my voice, i felt over the moon while listerning the the greatest divas singing. A must have.

I am delighted with this collection of ALW classics, sung beautifully by some of my favourite artists.
One question, though? Who is the artist performing LOVE CHANGES EVERYTHING? The CD suggests it is Sarah Brightman but it certainly isn't. The rendition is excellent but it isn't SB.
