When I first saw this phone I didnt think it looked that good. How wrong was I! As soon as I got it I could not put it down because it looked and felt good in my hand. The screen is large and very clear. The sound is perfect. It does everything you need it to do and more. Forthe price you get a bluetooth phone that takes very good quality pics and semi good quality video. It also takes memory cards! Upto 512mb, which coincidently are available on amazon marketplace. So here are my pros and cons.

Pros:
Calls - Excellent, quality is very good on speaker phone too.
Messaging - Legendary iTap is included, it is so good. Quickly write texts and mms.
Bluetooth - works a dream, connected easily to my pc.
MP3 Player - Sounds as good as my philips jukebox, but use the headset provided. Has a mini USB port too!
Camera - Takes excellent pictures for a phone.
Video - Will take video and will play mpeg4 or 3gp
Looks - On the outside it isnt the best, but when you open it the neon blue makes you happy

Cons:
Orange Software - Due to orange not knowing what mobile users want, they have set the software to have a a toolbar that is also accessible through pressing the centre button, the toolbar is in the way on the left hand side of the home screen and annoying. Also the user manual that orange told me was generic, is not generic as it refers to "orange" so many times, the manual has features in it that don't appear on the phone.
USB - Sometimes things transferred by USB dont show up, I find removing the memory card and reinserting does this. (mmc is hot swappable)
External Screen - It is grayscale, but for priceI do not care much.

All in all, considering you get bluetooth, an mp3 player, phone and camera, this can be considered as amazons greatest ever deal.

Note: Orange give youcall credit, 300 messages, wap access credit...all to start with. No top up needed!

This is the best phone I have ever owned. The build quality is excellent with all the bits fitting together very well. I have had the phone for 10 months and none of the buttons are worn and it seems to have resited scratching pretty well. I also like that it is a dull silver colour rather than bright. My favourite feature of this phone is the mp3 player. With the addition of a 512mb memory card I can store and play over 100 songs, which I think is pretty good. The menus are straightforward. The only problem I have with this phone is that it is easy to send a text message while in the middle of writing it by hitting the wrong button.
I would rate this as a very good all round phone with a lot of great features.

Very pleased with my choice-easy to use-and all the 'goodies'perform as I hoped.I'm not after anything with gimmicks or needing too much thought -
just has to do the job intended and this fits the bill! Can well recommend
it!
