Useful and fun, this is a must have for Dr Who fans who like the odd bottled beverage every now and again. I brought this as a gift more than two years ago and it is still going strong. Every now and then I do put it way in a drawer for a while and encourage use of an alternative as the 'Exterminate' can loose its novelty factor, especially after a party!

So I ordered this bottle opener for my fiancee who loves Dr. Who as an addition to his anniversary present. Unfortunately it never arrived. Lost in the post, probably due to it being a small package. Now I emailed nanobits, and I wasn't too pleased that it took a month before they responded, but they made it up to me. As an act of good will they replied to me and promised to send a replacement Dr. Who item, and they did. And my fiancee loved it. I have to say I was very pleased after that, and I'd recommend them to others.
