Tradition can now be preserved! Once brushed cookware struggled to maintain the good looks over time, but now with Tefal's ingenious exterior coating and hard enamel base, they will cook risotto after lasagne after ragout for years to come.

Look out for the wide bottoms and the high sides on the risotto pots which help you gently fry the rice and massage the starch out of the rice; stainless strainers in the pasta pots for the most al dente of pasta; generous frying pans to simmer your tomatoes to breaking point and Italian specialty pans to savour the marvels of ragout, lasagne and paninis.
